These elected volunteers are responsible for ensuring that we have the most effective, qualified individuals to lead us toward our organizational goals. The LAC assesses the nominations for CLARB volunteer leaders and produces a slate of qualified candidates.
About
The Leadership Advisory Council (LAC) is our dedicated team of volunteers who find the brightest leadership talent for CLARB. They carefully review nominations and thoughtfully select the most qualified candidates who can help drive our organization's mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for service on the board of directors and LAC
- Provide input to the board on the challenges and opportunities in the current process of recommending a slate of candidates for the LAC and elected/appointed board positions
- Provide timely, candid, thoughtful perspectives and insights to the chair and to staff
- Tasks are completed on time and in accordance with CLARB Bylaws
