The Leadership Advisory Council (LAC) has identified these perspectives as future leadership needs of the organization. We encourage candidates with the following perspectives to get involved as a volunteer member of the LAC: 
 

  • Strong interpersonal insight
    • Able to actively listen, interpret subtle cues, and understand underlying motivations and emotions. Uses intuition and experience to make informed, nuanced assessments. 
  • Emotional intelligence & group awareness
    • Recognizes how people relate in group settings and considers broader contexts that shape behavior. 
  • Curiosity & depth of inquiry
    • Genuinely curious and unafraid to ask thoughtful follow-up questions to uncover deeper insights. 
  • Future-oriented
    • Thinks strategically and aligns decisions with long-term goals and needs. 
  • Foundational experience
    • Brings experience in evaluating talent and supporting professional growth.
