Parking: Valet and self-parking offered. CLARB registered hotel guests can self-park for $19 per vehicle per day.
Guestrooms: Hyatt guestroom check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m.
Meeting attire: Smart casual. We recommend dressing in layers to be comfortable in all meeting spaces. Please note that Thursday's two hour walking tour is outdoors, rain or shine.

Dining: Lunch, light snacks and evening receptions are included with conference registration. On-site breakfast options include Starbucks, Thomson’s Kitchen & Bar, and room service.
Lost and found: Visit the meeting registration desk in the Grand Foyer area or Hyatt registration desk for lost items.
Photo/video: We've hired a professional photographer who will be on-site throughout the meeting. We recently updated our terms of service to include a media release policy covering photography, audio and video captured at our events.
