Role
Zach works to help CLARB's members and partners respond to legislative and regulatory issues, reviews, and advocates for proactive changes including the adoption of CLARB's model language and requirements.
Experience
Zach is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and served as a John Glenn Fellow. He began his government affairs career lobbying the Ohio General Assembly in Columbus, later advocating before the United States Congress. At CLARB, he has expanded his efforts to include advocacy across the U.S., its territories, Canada, and international partners.

Zach enjoys the outdoors, especially golf, and relaxing with his wife and dog.
