Phil is a principal at a multidisciplinary firm in Wichita, Kansas. He is licensed in four states. Phil specializes in planning and design, managing projects that include master plans, community unit plans, residential subdivision layouts, streetscape and beautification projects, and site-specific planning and construction documents.
A dedicated advocate for professional licensure, Phil has volunteered at the local, state and national levels to strengthen and protect the landscape architecture profession. He served on the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions, including a term as chair, and the CLARB Board of Directors, where he served as president.
