Amy currently serves as a director-at-large on the Board of Directors, with her term beginning in 2024. Amy brings a unique perspective to the board as a government attorney with knowledge of numerous professions and has valuable experience working with allied organizations: NCARB, NCEES and NASBA.

Amy is an attorney in Rhode Island state government with extensive experience in professional regulation and administrative law. She is legal counsel to the Rhode Island Landscape Architect Board, and for the boards for architects, engineers, land surveyors, CPAs, real estate appraisers and real estate brokers. She is the Rules Coordinator for her agency, overseeing the rulemaking process for the agency’s 130 regulations for design professionals, commercial licensing, accountants, insurance, banking, securities, gaming and athletics, and cannabis. She specializes in drafting regulations and legislation, and advising public boards on licensing and enforcement actions, open meetings and access to public records.
