Adriana currently serves as a director-at-large on the Board of Directors, with her second term beginning in 2024. She has contributed a valuable perspective as a non-licensed, emerging professional. She has shared insights from her experience navigating the licensure journey and working internationally in the U.S., highlighting challenges faced by young professionals. Through her service, Adriana has developed a deep understanding of CLARB’s mission, vision and the collective efforts to strengthen and advance the profession. Her role has also allowed her to grow as a leader and connect with professionals across the U.S. and abroad. She encourages others interested in licensure, policy and leadership to pursue similar opportunities.

With five years of professional experience, Adriana has contributed to a wide range of projects across Texas. Her work spans from new development and higher education master plans to the design and construction of K–12 campuses, including elementary, middle and high schools. She has also been involved in high-end hotel developments and office campus renovations. Through direct collaboration with clients and contractors, Adriana continues to deepen her practical knowledge, which actively informs her pursuit of licensure and strengthens her understanding of the profession’s real-world applications.
