Kristin Scroggin returns to bring the CLARB community an engaging session that explores the timeless principles of persuasion through the lens of today's workplace, with a focus on the experiences of female landscape architects. Join us to  discover practical techniques for communicating with confidence, building trust, and influencing clients, colleagues and decision-makers while remaining authentic to your own leadership style. Drawing on the principles of ethos, pathos and logos, this session also examines how nonverbal communication and emotional intelligence can enhance professional relationships and increase influence.
