Cancellation/refunds
Should you need to cancel one or more exam sections, you must cancel by the administration’s cancellation deadline (the last day of registration) to receive a refund. You must cancel your exam with CLARB via the CLARB website. Cancellation will automatically cancel your appointment and revoke your exam authorization. Exam registrations can not be transferred or rescheduled for future administrations.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment less the cancellation fee within 10 days. Cancellation requests received after the cancellation deadline are not eligible for a refund. Candidates who do not cancel with both PSI and CLARB may be ineligible for refund.
Good cause policy
If you are unable to attend your exam due to severe physical or emotional hardship, you may qualify for a Good Cause refund. Candidates who are approved under this policy will receive a refund to the original form of payment less the $100 cancellation fee.
All requests for Good Cause should be submitted as soon as possible and must be received no later than 30 days after the exam administration. Contact CLARB regarding the documentation required to request a Good Cause refund.
