Shelly's professional journey began in the automotive field as a cashier before she transitioned into a role as a Warranty Administrator. After taking time off to raise her four children, she re-entered the workforce in the accounting field for a landscaping company. She joined the CLARB team in 2019, bringing her diverse experience in financial administration to the organization.

In her free time, Shelly enjoys a variety of hobbies, including gardening, woodworking, and genealogy. She also loves spending time with her three grandchildren.
