Mark currently serves as a member of the Leadership Advisory Council, with his term beginning in 2022. He has been a dedicated volunteer with CLARB for over 15 years, starting as a grader for the LARE. Since then, he has served on the Cut Score Committee, the Job Task Analysis Committee and the Exam Committee, in addition to his current role on the Leadership Advisory Council.

After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Mark moved to Denver, where he has been practicing for nearly 30 years. His professional experience is focused on public sector clients, specializing in parks, trails, water resource/stream restoration, natural areas and schools. Mark leads projects through all phases of design, from concept development to construction administration.
