Candace collaborates with CLARB volunteer leadership, member boards and global partners to expand community engagement, strengthen relationships and grow participation across the landscape architecture profession. She leads initiatives that increase involvement among member boards, CLARB Record Holders and emerging jurisdictions while reinforcing CLARB’s mission to protect public health, safety and welfare. Candace works across departments and with external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, foster strategic partnerships and enhance the value and impact of CLARB programs worldwide.
Experience
Candace brings more than 30 years of experience in landscape architecture, business leadership and professional regulation. As a licensed landscape architect, founder and principal of a full-service landscape architecture firm, she has led over 600 residential, commercial and civic projects from concept through construction, with work recognized nationally.
Her extensive leadership and regulatory experience includes volunteer service on the Oklahoma Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Certified Commercial Interior Designers, as well as active volunteer roles at CLARB as a member of the Leadership Advisory Council and founding chair of the Sponsorship Work Group. Candace has a proven track record of building relationships across professional, academic and regulatory communities, advancing licensure awareness, and supporting the development of emerging professionals.
Through her combined experience as a licensed practitioner, regulator and advocate, Candace brings a strategic and collaborative approach to growing engagement, strengthening partnerships and advancing CLARB’s global reach and impact.

A natural connector and mentor, Candace enjoys supporting emerging professionals through portfolio reviews, career guidance and advocacy for the profession. Outside of her professional work, she recharges through creative outlets like hand sketching and running marathons, and she enjoys staying engaged in the landscape architecture community.
