Beginning with the Autumn 2025 exam administration (December 1-17, 2025), Windows 10 or macOS Ventura operating systems cannot be used for online testing.
These operating systems will no longer meet PSI’s minimum technical requirements. Using them may introduce compatibility issues and interruptions during your test session.
If you plan to test in December, please conduct a system compatibility check on or after October 14 to ensure a secure, reliable and seamless testing experience.
