*Closing applications: There are many programs that may continue to run in the background even after you think you have closed them. After holding CTRL+ALT+DEL to access the Task Manager, first use the Processes tab to select the application and use the End task button to close it. Then choose the Details tab, select the application and use the End task button to close the application.
Computers with multiple user logins may have programs running in the background associated with a different user profile that you may not be able to end. Be sure to restart your computer before attempting to launch your exam.
