Test day support
If an issue arises while testing, please follow these steps:
PSI Testing Center
- Report the issue to the onsite PSI staff.
- Open a support ticket before leaving the testing center. Email clarb.support@psionline.com and include info@clarb.org in all correspondence. Our Support Team may be able to help with resolving your issue and/or rescheduling your exam if necessary.
Online proctored
- Contact your proctor. Use the exam's chat feature.
- Call PSI. If you cannot reach your proctor via chat, call 1-844-267-1017.
- Open a support ticket. Email clarb.support@psionline.com and include info@clarb.org in all correspondence. Our Support Team may be able to help with resolving your issue and/or rescheduling your exam if necessary.
