Examination Schedule:

March 11 & 12, 2008 - Sections A and B
March 12 & 13, 2008 - Section D

September 16 & 17, 2008 - Sections A and B
September 17 & 18, 2008 - Section D

March 10 & 11, 2009 - Sections A and B
March 11 & 12, 2009 - Section D

The test centers have a limited number of stations available for each administration. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates are encouraged to register as early as possible to have the best selection of testing centers.

Examination Title and Duration:

Section A - Project and Construction Administration

• 1 hour 45 minutes (plus 15 minute tutorial)

Section B - Inventory, Analysis and Program Development

• 2 hours (plus 15 minute tutorial)

Section D - Design and Construction Documentation

• 3 hours (plus 15 minute tutorial)

Deadlines:

Registration Deadline - February 11, 2008

Extended Deadline - February 25, 2008

Candidates who register for the exam within the two week extended deadline period may experience difficulty making an appointment at their preferred testing center location.

Appointment Deadline - March 3, 2008

This is the last day that an appointment with Prometric will be accepted.

Cancellation Deadline - March 5, 2008

This is the last day to cancel a multiple choice exam registration.

Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION/PROCESSING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The following steps must be followed in order to receive a full refund when cancelling a Multiple choice exam registration:

1. Notify Rebecca Moden (modenr@clarb.org) in writing via fax, email or mail the section(s) of the exam you wish to cancel by the cancellation date indicated above.



2. Receive from CLARB written verification confirming the cancelled sections.



3. Cancel your appointment with Prometric (www.prometric.com/CLARB), if made, for each section of the exam that you have cancelled by the cancellation date indicated above.



4. All refunds will be issued approximately two (2) weeks following the administration so that we may verify with Prometric that your appointment, if made, was properly cancelled. Failure to properly cancel your appointment with Prometric will result in a refund less the applicable administration fees.

Registration/Processing Fee:

This fee covers the cost for CLARB to establish and maintain this online registration system, coordinate the test administration process, record and maintain examination scores and transmit the examination scores to state or provincial registration boards when requested by the examinee.

Note: The registration/processing fee is waived for candidates who hold a current CLARB Council Record.

Exam Section Fee:

The exam section fee covers the cost to prepare and score the test(s).

Administration Fee:

The administration fee covers the cost of the appointment process and the examination administration at a computer testing center.
